Return and Refund Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

Every Racers Arena item is made to order in our own workshop, so our policy is set up around that. If anything is unclear, email sales@racersarena.com before you order and we'll help.

1. Exchanges on standard sizes (14 days)
You can exchange a standard-size item, including gloves and boots, within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as it is unworn, in its original condition and with its tags and packaging. Standard-size items are exchanged, not refunded, unless they are faulty. To start an exchange, email sales@racersarena.com with your order number before you send anything back. You pay to send the item back, and we pay to ship the replacement to you.

2. Custom-made and Custom Size items
Custom designs, personalised items (names, numbers, logos, colours) and anything ordered in a Custom Size are made only for you. They can't be returned, exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If a custom item doesn't fit, contact us right away. If the measurements you gave us were correct, we'll work with you to put it right.

3. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or isn't what you ordered, email sales@racersarena.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll repair or replace it at no cost to you, or give you a full refund if a repair or replacement isn't possible. We cover all shipping costs in these cases.

4. Lost parcels
Every order ships with tracking. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement, or give you a full refund if you prefer.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 6–8 business days of our receiving the item. Shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it. For Australia and other non-US/UK/EU orders, customs duties and import taxes are charged by your country and aren't refundable by us.
