How to choose your MotoGP 2026 replica race suit

Every suit in this collection shares the same Racers Arena race build; what changes is the livery. That keeps the decision simple: pick the rider whose colors you want, then settle on size, construction and the options that match how you ride.

Leather and construction

The outer shell is top-grain cowhide, 1.2–1.3 mm thick, with dual or triple stitching on critical seams in premium nylon thread. Stretch panels at the cuffs, sleeves and crotch, plus expansion panels on the legs, let you tuck in without the suit fighting you. Sleeves are pre-curved for the riding position, YKK zips close the front, cuffs and calves, and soft neoprene lines the collar and cuffs. Inside there is a breathable polyester mesh lining with a mesh pocket on each side.

Armor and protection

Shoulders, elbows and knees carry CE-approved external protection over removable dual-density CE-approved armor, with impact-reduction foam at the elbows and knees. A removable dual-density spine protector comes with every suit, and the knee sliders can be taken off and replaced. CE Level 1 armor is fitted as standard, and a Level 2 upgrade can be selected on the product page.

Fit and sizing

Each product page offers a men's or women's fit and standard sizes from XS to 4XL (US 36–50 / EU 46–60). If you fall between sizes or have a longer or broader build, select Custom Size (+$59.99); after checkout we send a measurement form and check your numbers before production starts. Begin with the motorcycle leather race size guide. A race suit should feel snug when you stand and right when you are crouched on the bike.

One-piece or two-piece

Suits are built as one-piece leathers by default, and a two-piece version costs $29.99 extra if you also want to wear the jacket on its own. Many track-day organizers accept only one-piece suits or two-piece suits that zip fully together, so read your organizer's rules before you decide.

Options you can add

Replica-inspired, not official team gear

These are replica-inspired suits designed and made by Racers Arena, an independent manufacturer. They are not official MotoGP, WorldSBK, team, rider or sponsor products, and none of those parties makes, licenses or endorses them. Rider, team and sponsor names are used only to identify the livery each design is based on.

MotoGP 2026 race suit FAQ

Are these official MotoGP team suits?

No, these are replica-inspired suits that Racers Arena designs and manufactures itself, styled on 2026 rider liveries. They are not official MotoGP, WorldSBK, team, rider or sponsor products and are not endorsed by any of them. Each one is built to our own race specification, with 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide and CE-approved armor.

How much does a MotoGP 2026 replica race suit cost?

Suits in this collection are listed at $475 USD each, with free worldwide shipping. Options are priced on the product page, for example Custom Size +$59.99, a two-piece build +$29.99, CE Level 2 armor +$50, airbag compatibility +$39.99 and kangaroo leather +$320. Import duties or taxes in your country are not included.

Can I wear these suits on a track day?

They are designed for track performance and real-world durability, with top-grain cowhide, CE-approved shoulder, elbow and knee armor, a spine protector and knee sliders. Track-day organizers set their own clothing rules, and some ask for a one-piece suit or a specific certification, so confirm your organizer's requirements before booking.

Can I order a custom-size suit?

Yes. Choose Custom Size (+$59.99) on the product page and complete checkout; we then send a measurement form with instructions and diagrams, and contact you before production if any measurement looks unusual. A custom-size suit cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect or we made an error, so measure carefully and compare your numbers with our size guide first.

How long do production and delivery take?

Every suit is made to order. Production: 12–16 business days after order approval for regular sizes, or about 16–20 business days for custom-made suits. Delivery after dispatch: usually 6–8 business days. A Rush Order option (+$29.99) cuts production to 7–10 days, and customs clearance in some countries can add a few days, as our shipping policy explains.

Are the suits compatible with airbag systems?

You can order an airbag-compatible build for $39.99 extra and enter the name of your airbag system on the product page. Our FAQ states that we can make suits compatible with most airbag systems when you tell us the brand. If your system has specific fitting requirements, contact us before you place the order.

Should I choose a one-piece or two-piece suit?

Choose a one-piece if you ride track days regularly; it is the default build on every suit here. The two-piece version, $29.99 extra, lets you wear the jacket by itself off the bike. Some organizers only accept two-piece leathers that zip fully together, so check before you book a track day in one.
