Choosing a MotoGP 2026 leather racing jacket
All 2026 jackets here are built on one Racers Arena race-jacket pattern, so the choice comes down to the livery you like, your size and a few build options. The notes below cover what goes into each jacket and how ordering works.
Shell and materials
The shell is genuine top-grain cowhide at 1.2–1.3 mm, used for its abrasion resistance and durability. Stretch and expansion panels in key areas give you room to reach the bars, and reinforced stitching in premium-strength nylon thread holds the critical seams. YKK zips at the front and cuffs, Velcro adjusters at the neck and cuffs, and neoprene around the collar and cuffs keep the fit secure without chafing. Inside, a breathable polyester mesh lining helps airflow and internal mesh pockets hold small essentials.
Protection
CE-approved protectors sit at the shoulders and elbows, backed by reinforced external protection at the same points. The dual-density armor is removable, as is the dual-density back protector, so you can take them out or swap them when needed. An aerodynamic speed hump and extra rubber protection in high-impact areas are available as options.
Sizing and fit
Select a men's or women's fit, then a size from XS (US 36 / EU 46) up to 4XL (US 50 / EU 60). Custom Size (+$59.99) suits riders whose measurements sit outside a standard chart; we email a measurement form once you have checked out. Compare your measurements with the racing jacket chart in our size guide first, and remember that a race jacket is cut close so the armor stays where it should.
Jacket or full suit?
Our product pages describe these jackets as suitable for road riding and track use, and they work well as an everyday riding jacket or a first step into race leathers. For regular track days a one-piece suit is usually the better choice, because many organizers ask for one-piece leathers or a jacket and pants that zip all the way around. The matching season is in our MotoGP 2026 replica race suits.
Build options
- Kangaroo leather (+$159.99) in place of 1.3 mm cowhide
- Standard, ventilated (+$24.99) or hydro (+$39.99) speed hump, or no hump
- Chest or front perforation for airflow
- Removable lining (+$9.99)
- Matching racing gloves in standard or custom sizes
- Rush Order production in 7–10 days (+$29.99)
For your own colors, logos or a jacket built around your airbag setup, configure it in Custom Works, where custom jackets start from $290 and every build receives a Build ID before checkout.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Each jacket is made to order, then ships free worldwide from our factory with tracking. Under our shipping policy, a regular-size jacket spends 12–16 business days in production after we approve the order, and a custom-made one roughly 16–20. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes another 6–8 business days, and customs clearance in some countries can add time. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price.
An unworn standard-size jacket in its original condition can be exchanged within 14 days; custom-made jackets are returnable only for a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Our return and refund policy has the full terms.
2026 riders available as jackets
Jackets are listed for 21 riders on the 2026 grid. Ducati fans can choose Marc Marquez, Francesco Bagnaia, Alex Marquez, Fabio Di Giannantonio, Franco Morbidelli or Fermin Aldeguer; Aprilia has Jorge Martin, Marco Bezzecchi, Raul Fernandez and Ai Ogura; KTM covers Pedro Acosta, Brad Binder, Enea Bastianini and Maverick Viñales. For Yamaha there are Fabio Quartararo, Alex Rins, Jack Miller and Toprak Razgatlioglu, and Honda riders Luca Marini, Johann Zarco and Diogo Moreira complete the line-up.
About these replica designs
Racers Arena designs and manufactures these jackets independently. They take their styling from 2026 race liveries but are not official merchandise of MotoGP or of any team, rider or sponsor, and carry no endorsement from them. Names appear on this page only to describe which livery a jacket is modeled on.

MotoGP 2026 leather racing jacket FAQ
Are these official MotoGP team jackets?
No, each jacket is a replica-inspired design made by Racers Arena, an independent manufacturer, using 2026 Grand Prix liveries as the starting point. None of MotoGP, the teams, the riders or their sponsors produce, sell or endorse them. What you get is a motorcycle-grade jacket in 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide with CE-approved shoulder and elbow protectors.
What protection does a MotoGP 2026 leather racing jacket have?
Each jacket has CE-approved shoulder and elbow protectors in removable dual-density armor, reinforced external protection at the shoulders and elbows, and a removable dual-density back protector. The shell is 1.2–1.3 mm top-grain cowhide with reinforced stitching and YKK zips. An aerodynamic speed hump and additional rubber protection can be added as options.
Can I use a leather racing jacket on track?
Our product pages list these jackets as suitable for road riding and track use, but many track-day organizers require a one-piece suit or a jacket and pants joined by a full-circumference zip. Check your organizer's rules first. For regular track days, a full suit from our MotoGP 2026 race suit collection gives complete coverage.
How much do the jackets cost?
Jackets in this collection start at $290 USD, and shipping is free worldwide. Optional extras are priced on each product page, including Custom Size at $59.99, kangaroo leather at $159.99, a ventilated or hydro speed hump at $24.99 or $39.99, and Rush Order production at $29.99. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer.
How do I choose the right jacket size?
Take your body measurements and compare them with the men's or women's racing jacket chart in our size guide, then pick a size from XS to 4XL on the product page. If you sit between sizes or outside the chart, choose Custom Size and we will email you a measurement form after checkout.
Can I return a jacket if it doesn't fit?
If it is a standard size, you can exchange it within 14 days as long as it is unworn and in its original condition. Custom-made jackets, including Custom Size orders, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, so compare your measurements with our size guide before you order. Full terms are in our return and refund policy.
