Create a racing suit that is made specifically for you. The Racers Arena Custom Design Motorcycle Leather Racing Suit gives you complete control over the design, colors, logos, name, race number, sizing, and optional features while delivering the protection and durability required for track and performance riding.

Whether you want a completely original race suit, a team design, sponsor branding, or a suit that matches your motorcycle, our design team will turn your ideas into a professional digital mockup before production.

Standard Size or Made-to-Measure

Choose from our standard European sizing or select Custom Size for a made-to-measure suit.

For custom sizing, you will provide your body measurements using our measurement guide. We use these measurements to create an individual pattern specifically for your body.

Custom sizing is particularly recommended for riders who have difficulty achieving the correct fit with standard motorcycle racing suits.

Airbag-Ready Fit

Airbag-ready fit on request: tell us your vest model (e.g. Alpinestars Tech-Air 5) and we'll tailor room for it under the suit.

Optional Upgrades

Customize the specification of your suit with available options including:

• Kangaroo leather
• Custom sizing
• Airbag-ready fit on request
• Full-body perforation
• Ventilated aerodynamic hump
• Hydro hump
• Upgraded stretch material
• Removable lining
• Additional knee sliders
• Matching custom racing gloves
• Matching custom motorcycle boots
